Jim’s notable, global career spans significant achievements in business and in our nation’s military. Jim commenced his career with service in the United States Navy and achieving the distinguished ranks of Naval Aviator, Commanding Officer, Inspector General and Executive Leadership Instructor. Notably, Jim served for 10 years with the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and was noted for his expertise in Risk Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Lean Systems, Theory of Constraints, Program Management and Organizational Development.
After his honorable retirement from the Navy, Jim served as an International Airline Captain for Pan American World Airways and America Trans Air.
After a notable career serving the airlines, Jim leveraged his broad leadership experience to contribute on the senior management level to significant product design and development projects for Rocinante Enterprises, Job Performance Associates and Advance Knowledge Transfer Optimized.
